Winstead PC is seeking a 3-4 year associate for a position with our Public Finance group in our Dallas or Austin office. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Dallas or Austin office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:



  • Document Drafting: Experience in drafting, reviewing and revising documents, ensuring that documents are accurate and compliant

  • Public Finance or Special District Experience: Public finance or special district experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.

  • Writing Skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
