GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function.  Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job. 


Qualifications

Finance Associate  needs to be bilingual, Spanish/English.


Finance Associate requires:

  • Collections experience
  • Invoices
  • Finance
  • Credit


Finance Associate duties:

  • Work with manager to identify accounts, which may present a business credit risk, require credit hold, or outside collection. 

  • Record information about financial status of customer and documents
    status of collection efforts.  Keep sales representatives aware of
    account status and problems.
  • Answer incoming calls, provides invoices to customers, sorts and files correspondence.
  • Research payment issues involving disputed deliveries, returns and credits, which have, or may result in delinquent balances.
