Job description

ROLE: Production Assistant
REPORTS TO: Production Manager
LOCATION: Guelph Plant
Temporary role for 6 months with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent.


We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our Production Team! Our Production Assistant is 
responsible for completing a variety of tasks in a timely and efficient manner.


OPPORTUNITIES 
This is a very exciting time for the Production Team as we continue to grow and expand! You will be 
assisting the Operators in completing their production orders, removing filled cartons from the conveyors, 
and manually packing goods into boxes. You will have to clear work areas and assist with basic sanitation 
procedures.

THINGS YOU WILL DO... 
Drive excellent results focusing on accuracy and efficiency
Create outstanding reports to help us understand the current state of finance
Assist filler operators in completing production orders
Remove goods from conveyors and manually pack them into boxes
Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
Operate equipment supporting filler operations, such as box forming, bottle washing, and labeling
machinery

Shift Timings: Monday to Thursday - 7 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday: 4 hours variable/ 8 hours 5 days a 
week
