Copeland Chevrolet, located in Brockton, Massachusetts, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Finance Manager is to ensure the dealership's profitability by effectively managing and maximizing the finance department's sales and profitability goals. This is a commission-only sales job with a competitive compensation package ranging from $200,000 to $250,000+ per year.
Great work life balance! We are open Monday - Thursday 9AM - 7PM, Friday 9AM - 6PM, and Saturday 9AM -5PM, and one Sunday every other month! We are also closed on the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Finance Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with benefit programs intended to protect their vehicle purchase. In addition this individual works with lenders to obtain financing approval and completes all vehicle purchase and associated paperwork.
  • Provide customers with benefit program information.
  • Facilitate financing options and prepare documentation.
  • Ensure that all finance paperwork is fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines prior to submitting completed documentation to lenders for approval.
  • Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
  • Maintain required certifications for the position.
  • Assist sales team with active customer engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior automotive sales experience is required
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2+ years of dealership finance experience is required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
