Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to inspect precision-plated components and ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous precision plating experience, excellent attention to detail, and experience using precision measuring instruments.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime Available
Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect plated parts for quality, defects, and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections throughout the production process.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
  • Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Identify non-conforming materials and communicate findings to production personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures.
  • Assist with audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

Qualifications

  • Previous precision plating experience required.
  • Quality Control or Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience inspecting plated parts for quality, defects, and specifications.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
