Position Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role involves performing inspections, documenting results, and working closely with production teams to maintain compliance with company and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-process and final inspections on manufactured products
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments including CMM, micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
  • Verify product dimensions, tolerances, and overall quality standards
  • Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed documentation
  • Identify non-conforming materials and initiate corrective action processes
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and safety standards
  • Conduct routine audits of materials and processes as required
  • Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration
