Description
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with specified standards and procedures associated with manufacturing polyurethane and rubber industrial components. Manufacturing activities including but not limited to safety and health, personnel deployment, work cell scheduling, work cell startup, equipment calibration and operation, documentation and records, material handling, waste disposal, equipment changeover and repair.
Responsibilities:
Produce products according to specifications
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
Inspect finished products for defects and make adjustments as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the machines
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Skills

Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Strong attention to detail and quality control
