Job description

This role requires that an inspector is able to perform various inspection activities throughout the manufacturing process utilizing customer documents and industry standards and procedures.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate X-ray equipment and evaluate X-ray images against IPC acceptance criteria (e.g., IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) and customer-specific requirements
  • Perform first piece/first article inspections of assembled product at various inspection points for Electronic/mechanical assemblies i.e. circuit card assemblies, box builds and cable and harnesses.
  • Completion of Q.C. inspection reports/forms and ERP data entry.
  • Work comfortably in a team environment with manufacturing and quality control.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
