At PrizePicks, we are the fastest-growing sports company in North America, as recognized by Inc. 5000. As the leading platform for Daily Fantasy Sports, we cover a diverse range of sports leagues, including the NFL, NBA, and Esports titles like League of Legends and Counter-Strike. Our team of over 550 employees thrives in an inclusive culture that values individuals from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their level of sports fandom. Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together?
We are seeking a Product Designer with an exceptional eye for visual craft and interaction design to own the Promotions and Rewards Experience. This is not just about building systems; it's about creating moments of delight, excitement, and emotional resonance that define our relationship with our members. You will be the force behind the look, experience, and interaction of our rewards ecosystem, from promotions to missions and other rewarding experiences. You will champion a culture of design excellence, delivering polished, intuitive, and visually stunning experiences that set a new benchmark for quality in our industry.
What you'll do:
  • Drive End-to-End Delivery: Execute within the complete design lifecycle within the Promotions and Rewards domain, overseeing the process from initial requirements gathering through to final shipment and deployment. This requires a deep understanding of the mechanics and business drivers and you will influence and involve these systems.
  • Build & Refine Interfaces: Focus on hands-on design and high-fidelity prototyping to create polished, visually stunning rewards interfaces that ensure a premium and engaging member experience.
  • Develop & Ship New Features: Utilize AI, rapid prototyping, and iterative design to conceptualize, develop, and launch groundbreaking promotion mechanics and system features that deepen loyalty.
  • Maintain Design Standards: Uphold high design quality through consistent design reviews, active maintenance of our design systems, and ensuring consistent excellence across all visual and interaction design.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective partnerships with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams ensuring seamless handoffs and total alignment between business goals and the rewards journey.
What you have:
  • 4+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that showcases mastery in visual craft, interaction design, and strategic thinking. Your work should demonstrate a clear understanding of how to create emotionally engaging digital experiences.
  • Excel in Visual and Interaction Design: A mastery of visual design principles (typography, layout, color theory) and a passion for motion and micro-interactions that enhance usability and create delight. You have a "pixel-perfect" mindset.
  • Strategic and Conceptual Thinking: Proven ability to translate abstract business goals and user needs into a compelling design vision and a pragmatic, phased execution plan, from MVP to future-state iterations. Ability to create simple experiences out of complex and interconnected systems.
  • Deep Empathy and User Focus: An innate ability to understand user motivations and behaviors, considering usability and accessibility not as a checklist but as a core tenet of exceptional design. Utilize research, analytics, and customer insights to build your knowledge of our customers.
  • Technical Acumen: A foundational understanding of frontend technologies and the ability to foster a seamless, collaborative handoff process with engineering partners. Utilize AI to bridge gaps and build functional prototypes and demos.
What makes you stand out:
  • Experience leading B2C projects with a mobile-first design mentality.
  • Experience supporting Rewards, Promotions, gaming, or social product design projects.
Where you'll live:
  • This is a hybrid position based at our PrizePicks headquarters in Atlanta, GA. #LI-Hybrid

Benefits you'll receive:
In addition to your great compensation package, full-time employees will be eligible for the following perks:
  • Company-subsidized medical, dental, & vision plans
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Annual bonus
  • Flexible PTO to encourage a healthy work/life balance (2 weeks STRONGLY encouraged!)
  • Generous paid leave programs, including 16-week paid parental leave and disability benefits
  • Workplace flexibility and modern work schedules focused on getting the job done, not hours clocked
  • Company-wide in-person events and team outings
  • Lifestyle enhancement program
