Job description

Florence Filter is looking for a B2B Sales Specialist with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you\'ll be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities and nurturing connections, and presenting our custom products to prospective customers.

Must Have
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Detail oriented
  • Perfect written and spoken English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Friendly, energetic personality
Nice to have
  • 5 years+ Experience in B2B Sales/Marketing
  • Additional languages
  • Google Workspace experience
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, and account management
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and embrace positive coaching
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and computer operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows, Mac)
  • Background in HVAC installation/maintenance, contracting, or related industries is a plus

Florence Filter has an excellent training program. We are willing to train motivated sales professionals to be Air filtration specialists.

  • Performance based commission structure (uncapped commissions!)
  • We contribute to half of the Medical/Dental costs of your plan if you choose to enroll
Compensation structure
  • Earn a percentage on New and Reactivation customers
  • Residual commission for Existing/Recurring customer orders
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Additional Incentives/Spiffs/Bonuses

In addition to an hourly wage, the Account Executive will be eligible for commissions based on invoiced sales with different percentages on New Accounts, React Accounts, and Existing/Recurring accounts.
