Schedule: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm 3rd shift 10pm-6:30am (40 hours per week)
Start: August 19, 2026

About the Role
ShareSTAFF is hiring Chiller/filters for contract assignments at a Winery in Acampo, CA. These positions should have a background in winery/cellar experience working with a chiller and filter during harvest
 
What You'll Do
  • Operate and monitor chiller and filtration equipment during wine production
  • Maintain proper temperatures and filtration processes throughout harvest
  • Assist with cellar operations as needed
  • Perform equipment cleaning and sanitation
  • Monitor product quality and record production information
  • Follow all food safety, GMP, and safety procedures
  • Work effectively with cellar and production teams to meet harvest schedule
 
What You Bring - Required
  • Previous winery or cellar harvest experience is required
  • Hands-on experience operating chillers and filtration equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attendance and reliability are required
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours during harvest
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Must be able to work in wet, cold, and warm conditions
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening, if required
