FOX Entertainment is seeking an Assistant to join the Business and Legal Affairs team to assist the SVP, Business and Legal Affairs for FoxNXT and FOX Creator Studios.

Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general Administrative Support to Business & Legal Affairs, including Lawyers and other team members
  • Evaluate, research, track and answer general inquiries relatedto agreements and rights
  • Establish and maintain departmental policies, infrastructure and cadence
  • Read and understand materials and documents
  • Handle special projects for team, as needed
  • Schedule and handle logistics for internal and external meetings, calls, and video conferencing
  • Maintain and track agreements, scan and file documents and emails, as needed
  • Effectively interact with internal departments and executives at all levels
  • Additional duties and projects, as required by upper management

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years ofexperience in an office environment as an assistant and/or support position
  • Interest in and awareness of developments in AI, creator-led content, digital platforms, and the broader creator economy
  • Strong interest in being part of a start-up like atmosphere
  • Strong analyticalskills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable and interested in the use of various computer programs and systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Zoom, Box, iManage, Rightsline, Salesforce, etc.
  • Great attitude with desire and ability to learn new things and demonstrate increased knowledge
  • Reliable and willing to take initiative, with strong organizational and follow-through skills, detail-oriented, use of discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information, ability to multitask, and a self-starter
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume environment, exercise independent judgment, and efficiently manage time
  • Ability to handle highlyconfidential and sensitive information with discretion

Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
