JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Content & Campaign Manager leads the execution of movie and brand marketing campaigns across digital and in-theater channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand consistency. This role translates priorities into integrated marketing plans that drive attendance, engagement, and revenue, while overseeing social media performance and managing the Marketing Coordinator to ensure strong execution and accountability.
JOB DUTIES
  • Lead the planning and execution of film and brand marketing campaigns across in-theater and digital channels.
  • Translate business and programming priorities into actionable, results-driven marketing plans.
  • Oversee content creation, deployment, and updates across all channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage in-theater marketing and POP execution in partnership with Operations.
  • Align campaigns with merchandising and F&B initiatives to drive incremental revenue.
  • Monitor campaign performance and leverage data insights to optimize results and improve content effectiveness.
  • Manage and develop the Marketing Coordinator, ensuring strong execution and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, F&B, IT, and external partners to deliver campaigns successfully.
  • Oversee marketing operations, including content systems, asset management, and event support.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • 4-6+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or content operations.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and managing team members.
  • Experience with content management systems and digital publishing tools.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with merchandising or F&B campaigns.

SKILLS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Sprout, Hootsuite) to track performance and optimize content.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Notion, Trello).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • High attention to detail and execution accuracy.
