Pay Grade Range: $20.50 - 26.75/hr

What You’ll Do

As a Finishing Finishing Machine Operator / LEO2, you’ll play an important role in our production team by:

  • Setting up, operating, and maintaining laminating machinery

  • Monitoring production runs and adjusting machines as needed

  • Performing quality checks to ensure top product standards

  • Monitoring film temperature and machine performance

  • Following and promoting all safety policies and procedures

  • Supporting the team with other duties as needed

What It Takes

  • Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and reaching for extended periods

  • Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality

  • Team player with the ability to provide direction when needed

  • Mechanically inclined – able to handle minor machine adjustments with hand tools

Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent, plus mechanical experience
