Our part-time, paid internship program provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative environment within the entertainment industry. Interns can work up to 29 hours per week with a flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments. Participants will engage in real projects, gaining practical industry insights while developing professional skills through workshops and career-building sessions. The program also features guest speaker events with industry experts, networking opportunities with professionals and fellow interns, and exclusive perks such as company outings, team-building activities, and access to film and media screenings.


Summary


Legendary is currently seeking an intern to assist its fast-paced Assets and Archives department, a division of the Features Physical Production department. In addition, the intern will work closely with the executives and members of the team.


Responsibilities

  • Processing and Cataloguing of physical assets (props, costumes, etc.)
  • Scanning legacy production documents
  • Assisting the Warehouse Manager and Archivist in production warehouse duties

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a Masters/MBA program at a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (Fall/Spring) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months
  • A GPA of 3.5 or above is highly preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using PowerPoint, Excel, and general Microsoft Office applications
