MACHINE OPERATOR- $23/HR- $25/HR- URGENT HIRING- START ASAPJoin Our Team!

Are you experienced in manufacturing, machine operation, or production environments? We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our Reagent Small Vial Value Stream Team, where you will help produce high-quality chemical and biological reagent products used in critical testing and healthcare applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality products while following industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, set up, and monitor production equipment used in formulation, filling, testing, and packaging processes.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), FDA regulations, GMP, ISO, and quality requirements.
  • Perform solution testing including pH, conductivity, and density measurements to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and device history records.
  • Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve process issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Train and assist new team members when needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
QualificationsRequired
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience.
  • Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions in English.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a standing position for extended periods.
Preferred
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as medical device, pharmaceutical, food production, or packaging.
  • Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), QSR, ISO standards, and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Experience with:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.20 - $24.20/hr.
