Job description

Small, non-profit group home, seeks a self-motivated individual for a direct care position. You must have integrity, be dependable, prompt, and able to take initiative, and must be available evenings and weekends. This is a special opportunity to work in a family-like atmosphere with amazing resident's and co-workers.
Direct Care Description: Providing person centered support to 5 individuals, living with developmental disabilities. This includes activities at home and in the community, hygiene care, helping with daily chores, ISP goals and supporting a high quality of life.
The position is for 25 - 40 hours a week. All employees fill in for staff on paid time off, vacations, sick days, etc. Applicants with experience, a valid drivers license and good driving record are preferred but not required.
