Job Summary:

Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration. The Route Representative is a detail-oriented individual, with good customer service skills. The Route Representative will work closely with the Customer Service Department, and other members of the shipping team in a dynamic, fast-paced evolving work environment.


Essential Job Functions and Duties:

  • Responsible for the pick-up and delivery of cases from our customers in a timely and safe manner
  • Responsible for working closely with Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction is being maintained
  • Provide a competent and personable representation of BonaDent Dental Laboratories while on the road
  • Must drive vehicles to and from destination, adhering to all traffic laws
  • Carry out case pick-up and delivery from Doctorsโ€™ offices
  • Carry out daily bank and post office run (when needed)
  • Act as a customer service representative when picking up or dropping off cases
  • Assist in opening new work and packaging cases in Shipping & Receiving as necessary
  • Assist with special deliveries, trips and other driving services as needed

Approximate Hours:

Fill-in only: Hours will be scheduled on an โ€œas-neededโ€ basis.

Requirements:
  • Maintain a clean and fueled vehicle
  • Must carry yourself in a professional manner
  • Must have a valid South Carolina State Driverโ€™s License and a good motor vehicle record
