CareCore at Margaret Hall is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a limited part-time schedule in a welcoming long-term care environment.

Schedule
  • Every other Saturday & Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm

  • Additional weekday fill-in coverage as needed for vacations and time off

  • Flexibility to pick up additional hours is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Assist visitors and provide general facility information

  • Perform basic clerical and administrative duties

  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and families
