Job description

Summary:

Work at various customer accounts, as needed to fill-in or to start a new job. Clean room, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met; complete project work as assigned.

Working Schedule:

  • Must have open availability during 4:00 PM - 12:20 AM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
  • Strip/wax floors, carpet extraction, carpet spot removal
  • Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
  • General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition.
  • Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
  • Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
  • Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
  • Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
  • Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Valid Driver's License and basic drug screen are required.
