Job description


The Fill-In Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with the daily operation, cleanliness, and appearance of the community clubhouse and amenity areas. This is a flexible, on-call position that provides coverage for scheduled staff during absences, vacations, or other staffing needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Open and close the clubhouse and amenity areas as assigned.
  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and community members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor clubhouse facilities and ensure residents follow community rules and regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, restrooms, fitness areas, and other amenity spaces.
  • Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, and removing trash.
  • Assist with room setups and breakdowns for meetings, social events, and community functions.
  • Monitor the use of clubhouse amenities and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to management.
  • Check that furniture, equipment, and common areas are properly arranged and maintained.
  • Assist residents with general questions regarding clubhouse facilities, hours, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, or incident reports as required.
  • Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, rule violations, or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Assist with special events and community activities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Community Association Manager.

Pay Rate: $17
