Action Property Management seeks a Corporate Production Services Associate for our Corporate Office located in Irvine, CA.

Job Summary

This position requires the ability to utilize office machines as required and the ability to complete tasks related to incoming & outgoing mail, document filing & storage, and daily office upkeep responsibilities.  The CPS team provides administrative support for internal customers such as Community Managers, Accounting, and Human Resources.

Compensation: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
  • Process outgoing mail requests for all company departments as requested, according to adopted schedule and procedures.
  • Copy, fold, stuff, and post any mass mail order requests.
  • Operate the postage machine and apply postage to outgoing mail according to weight requirements outlined by the United States Postal Service.
  • Copy, punch, bind, and mail Director’s Reports.
  • Stock paper at all machines and stations throughout the corporate office.
  • Sort and file office-wide documents, including but not limited to Accounting files, Administrative Files, and Returned Certified Mail.
  • Assist with yearly file purging.
  • Assist with document storage and retrieval requests.
  • Assist with outgoing welcome packets and escrow demands.
  • Assist with daily office upkeep needs, including but not limited to break room duties and birthday decorations.
  • Assist with homeowner data entry.
  • Process certified mail per procedure, in accordance with requirements outlined by USPS.
  • Process, sort, and distribute incoming & outgoing mail.
  • Process, stamp, tear, fold, stuff, and post outgoing Accounts Payable checks.
  • Assist with initial stages of invoice processing.
  • Assist in performing any other CPS responsibilities and special projects as necessary.
Who You Are (Skills/Experience)
  • 1 - 2 years of administrative/file clerk/mail room experience (desirable)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to alphabetize and file accurately & quickly
  • Excellent reading comprehension skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
