This full-time, day-shift role (Monday through Friday) is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company records, ensuring that all documents—both physical and digital—are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible. Responsibilities:

  • Sort, organize, and file physical and digital documents efficiently
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (alphabetical, numerical, or categorical)
  • Retrieve files and records as requested by staff
  • Scan, copy, and upload documents into electronic systems
