Job description

Family Law Paralegal | Bedford, MA (On-Site)
We are looking for a Family Law Paralegal at a multi-services law firm in Bedford, MA, 01730. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of family law paralegal experience (required).
This is a full-time permanent role and will pay between $100K-$115K (based on relevant work experience).
On-site 5 days per week.
Starts July 27th, 2026.
Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day case management and legal administrative needs.
  • Prepare documents for Trust Wills and Estates. 
  • Work closely with attorneys on preparing court filings and follow up with clients.
  • E-file pleadings.
  • Manage case calendars and schedules.
  • Prepare and manage 401 and 410 financial disclosure forms.
  • Coordinate and conduct client meetings.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure all deadlines, filings, and client needs are handled promptly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • Paralegal certificate
  • 5+ years of family law paralegal experience required.
  • Experience with 401 and 410 financial disclosure forms is required.
  • Proficiency with MyCase strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage time extremely well.
  • Ability to conduct multiple tasks and meet and exceed deadlines.
