What You'll Do:

  • Lead and execute review and compilation engagements from planning to completion
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members
  • Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures in accordance with ASPE and ASNPO
  • Assist with audit engagements as needed
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex accounting and assurance issues
  • Deliver high-quality client service as a primary contact
  • Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns and compliance filings
  • Oversee T4s, T5s, payroll, GST filings, and government reporting
  • Analyze financial results and provide insights to clients
  • Communicate engagement progress and findings to management
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations
  • Collaborate with engagement teams
  • Support clients with systems and process improvements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
