Job Description: Experienced Restaurant Supervisor
Location:
Atlanta, GA, 30354Skills:
  • Supervision of staff- train, schedule and meet the needs of the daily tasks.
  • Ensures the associates have the tools needed to perform their job.
  • Actively communicates with the back of the house for smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Reports any safety or health concerns.
  • Assists guests with questions, concerns or needs.
  • Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed.
  • Must understand the figure eight concept
  • Must have the ability to control the flow of the floor.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written.
  • High work ethic and self-initiative.
  • Ability to effectively supervise associates.
  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
