Role: UX DESIGNER
Location: Omaha NE (Onsite)
MUST HAVE:
  • UI and responsive/mobile design
  • Visual design and usability testing
  • Quantitative and qualitative user research
  • Figma design and prototyping software or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to apply design systems and WCAG accessibility standards
  • Experience leading design projects

GOOD TO HAVE:
  • Guiding development teams to help them execute UX designs
  • Experience facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholders
  • Familiar with design systems such as material design
  • Experience using a research repository such as dovetail and turning research into actionable findings
  • Ability to use analytics software and analyze data
  • Experience presenting to company executives
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, adobe sensei, Microsoft copilot)
  • Ability to leverage ai tools like copilot for content generation, workflow automation, and design ideation
  • Understanding of how AI impacts UX workflows, user behavior, and ethical design considerations
  • Experience level: senior level 7-15 years of experience

  • Experience creating research, design and test artifacts. This includes sketches, wireframes, visual design comps, high fidelity prototypes, user flows, journey maps, personas, usability test artifacts, user research scripts, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with a matrixed team of UX designers to provide design critiques and offer guidance to early career designers.
