About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end product development for key features and modules within MangoApps products. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to shape the roadmap, define feature sets, and ensure the successful delivery and adoption of these features. You’ll also serve as a subject matter expert on the MangoApps platform, delivering live demos and developing sales content. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership, drive outcomes, and build products that matter.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and shape product strategy.
  • Define product requirements and user stories, and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-quality features.
  • Review and provide feedback on designs, prototypes, and user flows to ensure usability and customer value.
  • Partner with QA to validate functionality and support successful product releases.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success on go-to-market strategy and adoption initiatives.
  • Help maintain and enhance demo environments used by sales and customer success teams.
  • Serve as a product expert in customer interactions—leading demos, supporting sales conversations, and addressing RFPs/security questionnaires.
  • Develop product enablement materials (presentations, demo scripts, feature one-pagers) to equip internal teams and customers.
  • Continuously gather and analyze customer insights and usage data to validate ideas and drive product improvements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of product management experience, with B2B HR enterprise products such as Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Performance Management, Workforce Management, Human Capital Management (HCM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or closely related areas.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to customers and executives.
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to use Figma to produce wireframes and mockups in collaboration with design and engineering teams
  • Passion for building thoughtful, user-centric products
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration or intranet platforms
