Description

As the Senior Website Experience Manager, you will guide the direction of our unauthenticated experience and oversee a dynamic team responsible for its execution. This role is ideal for versatile professionals who can seamlessly transition between content management, UX design, development, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our website effectively embodies our brand identity and fosters user engagement. 

Primary responsibilities include

  • Oversee and maintain our customer-facing website.

  • Collaborate with business partners and publishing teams to ensure the website remains current and compliant.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web design and development. Continuously seek ways to enhance website UX by identifying and implementing improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with UX Design and Brand Design teams to create visually appealing and high-performing experiences.

  • Work closely with development teams to provide requirements for new design and component enhancements.

  • Partner with Website and Growth strategists to develop A/B testing plans for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with the SEO team to develop a website that adheres to SEO best practices.

  • Train members of the team on best practices for website experience creation. 

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5+ years managing web design and development teams.

  • Strong working knowledge of Content Management Systems (Open Text Team Site a huge plus).

  • Proficient in HMTL, CSS, Java Script, and coding best practices.

  • Comprehensive understandingof UX design and research best practices.

  • Experience in website analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred).

  • Advanced knowledge of SEO / SEM best practices.

  • Experience working with FIGMA or Sketch required (Figma preferred).

  • Recent experience working with content models and headless architecture.

  • Experience working in a regulated industry a huge plus (Banking experience not required).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate feedback to a diverse audience / stakeholders. 

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40

  • Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 In Westwood MA or Johnston RI office 4 days a week. 

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
