Familiarity with design systems, prototyping tools, and version control platforms such as Git is typically required. Collaboration, attention to detail, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for translating design concepts into functional, user-friendly interfaces. These skills ensure high-quality, consistent digital products and smooth collaboration between design and development teams.

They often participate in design handoff meetings, provide technical feedback, and use Figma's collaborative features to communicate changes and resolve questions in real time. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of high-quality, maintainable code.
Required Experience/ Skills:

  • Good experience with front-end development using modern vanilla JavaScript and frameworks, particularly React and Svelte.
  • Proven ability to write maintainable, scalable, responsive, and cross-browser code.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

  • Takes ownership, is self-motivated, and a creative thinker.
Preferred Qualifications:
