Overview

Crocs is seeking a Packaging Designer who is passionate about creating memorable brand experiences through packaging, storytelling, and design. This role will focus on Partnerships, Collaborations, and Collectibles, helping bring some of the brand's most exciting product launches and cultural moments to life.

Reporting to the Associate Design Director, this role is part of the Global Creative team and will help shape how Crocs and its partners show up through packaging and product storytelling. From limited-edition collaborations and licensed partnerships to collectible product experiences, you'll create distinctive design solutions that celebrate both the Crocs brand and the stories behind our products.

You'll translate strategy into thoughtful and craft-driven design that connects consumers to products in meaningful ways. Working across packaging, unboxing experiences, product storytelling, and supporting retail touchpoints, you'll help ensure every partnership launch feels special, culturally relevant, and unmistakably Crocs.

What You'll Do
  • Design Partnership Packaging: Create compelling packaging and product storytelling for collaborations, licensed partnerships, and collectible product launches.
  • Translating Stories into Design: Bring partner narratives, product concepts, and cultural moments to life through thoughtful visual design and unboxing experiences.
  • Implement Within Brand Systems: Apply Crocs design standards while creating unique and ownable expressions for each collaboration and special project.
  • Champion Craft Excellence: Deliver high-quality work across typography, layout, color, materials, and finishes with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Support Packaging Development: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to take projects from concept through production while maintaining quality and brand integrity.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Communication Design, or related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, packaging design, or related creative fields
  • Experience designing packaging, retail, product storytelling, or consumer-facing brand experiences
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding visual build skill and creative problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AI-enabled creative tools
  • Strong typographic, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience working within established brand systems while crafting outstanding campaigns or collaboration expressions
  • Understanding of packaging production processes, materials, and vendor collaboration
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
