We are a fast-growing, high-energy criminal defense firm looking for an attorney who can

  • Stand up to the government and fight for our clients
  • Deliver results while keeping clients informed and confident in their defense
  • Advocate in protection order cases to safeguard clients' rights and futures

What You Will Do

  • Handle a busy caseload of misdemeanor and felony cases
  • Appear regularly in district and superior court
  • Draft and argue motions
  • Negotiate strategically to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Prepare cases for contested hearings and trial
  • Represent clients in protection order proceedings, both defending against and obtaining orders
  • Keep clients informed so they always know what is happening in their case

  • Active Washington State Bar license
  • Criminal litigation experience (defense or prosecution)

Compensation and Benefits

  • $100,000 to $130,000 per year, based on demonstrated ability, not simply years licensed
