Forklift Operator
Pay: $20.00
Shift: To be discussed
Location: Rochester, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Forklift Operator for our client to start immediately at $20.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Operate sit-down forklift to move raw materials, components, and finished goods safely
  • Receive inbound shipments, verify counts, inspect for damage, and match packing slips/BOLs
  • Stage materials correctly in production or warehouse areas, maintaining FIFO where required
  • Use basic inventory processes such as labeling, locating, put-away, and transfers
  • Load and unload trucks, keeping the dock/receiving area organized
  • Communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors
  • Follow safety rules and keep work area clean (5S/housekeeping)
Qualifications
  • Prior forklift experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting
  • Receiving or shipping/warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift/move materials and stay on your feet throughout the shift
  • Strong attendance, attention to safety, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Able to complete required screening including a national background check and 7-panel drug screen
