This role works alongside the kitchen team to prepare menu items, maintain clean workstations, and keep kitchen operations running smoothly throughout the day.

What You’ll Do at Wally’sPrepare Food Items

Assist with preparing menu items using recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards to ensure consistent quality and presentation.

Maintain Clean Workstations

Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils, and prep stations clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift.

Support Kitchen Production

Help maintain food production during busy periods by assisting with prep work, assembling menu items, and restocking ingredients.

Follow Food Safety Standards

Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe kitchen environment and prevent cross-contamination.

Manage Ingredients & Supplies

Assist with stocking, rotating, and organizing ingredients using proper FIFO practices to maintain freshness and reduce waste.

Work as Part of a Team
