To thrive as a FIFA Referee per game, you need a deep understanding of the Laws of the Game, excellent physical fitness, and official FIFA certification. Do FIFA referees have other jobs?

FIFA referees often have other jobs or careers outside of officiating international matches, as refereeing at the FIFA level is usually part-time and requires additional employment or personal pursuits. What are some common challenges FIFA referees face during a match, and how do they address them?

FIFA referees often encounter challenges such as managing player emotions, making split-second decisions under intense scrutiny, and maintaining authority on the field.
