Street Team Representative

As a Street Team Representative at Monster Brewing, you will drive sales distribution goals by expanding our presence in retail outlets and increasing points of interruption. You will also ensure that all executional elements of our company and distributor commercial plans are delivered with precision, helping our brands stand out at every point of sale. Your contribution will be vital to driving our brand's success and making a lasting impact in the market. You will be assigned store visits and responsible for merchandising and installing selling materials. This role requires frequent lifting, entering store coolers, and driving your personal vehicle throughout the day (with auto-use reimbursement). You will also be expected to transport selling materials in your vehicle. Details of the assigned territory will be reviewed by the hiring manager.

  • Take up cold space by maximizing chilled placement across all accounts, ensuring Monster Brewing dominates shelf space and remains refreshingly cold.
  • Strategic POS Management: Effectively manage and place point-of-sale materials inside and outside accounts to enhance brand visibility and impact.
  • Preserve Company Assets: Demonstrate responsibility by properly maintaining program materials and company assets to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
  • Stay On Time and On Brand: Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by adhering to your shift schedule and representing our brand through appropriate attire.
  • Professional Power: Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and communication skills when engaging with customers and internal team members.

Who You Are:

  • Prefer a bachelor's degree in the field of Business, Marketing, or related field of study (or working to it)
  • Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
  • Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer facing role
  • Preferred Certifications: Must have a clean driving record. Must be 21 years of age or older (to be insurable)
