Job description

The Field Technician will focus on supporting construction projects by ensuring quality standards and smooth operations on-site. This role is integral to maintaining the success of projects in the property industry within Nantucket.

Description

  • Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Perform routine inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and site conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
