What You’ll Do

  • Respond quickly to help desk inquiries, delivering remote and on-site support that keeps operations running smoothly.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with confidence and precision.
  • Install, repair, and maintain PCs and related systems—your work directly supports our employees’ success.
  • Document all tickets in the Help Desk system for clear communication and accountability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, adapting to new tools and techniques to enhance user experience.
  • Configure equipment, operating systems, and software following SOPs to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to end-users and collaborate with teammates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in help desk or IT support roles.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, networking, and Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Connectivity Expertise: Familiarity with Ethernet, WiFi, TCP/IP, and VPN.
  • Domain Environment: Experience supporting desktops in a domain environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends during peak periods (audits, emergencies, fiscal year-end).
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Legal Requirements: Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to pass background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
