We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.
Job description
As field operation technician, you play a critical role in scaling Exodigo's growth. Here are some key roles and responsibilities of this job:
โ€ข Operate our underground discovery tools using patented carts and drone (for more information visit www.exodigo.ai)
โ€ข Identify underground assets using advance technology in a variety of sensors
(Electromagnetic, magnetic, metal, GPR, seismic and more)
โ€ข Identify and resolve operational issues on site in coordination with R&D and operation managers
โ€ข Document interactions, site information and operation reports in organizational software.
โ€ข An opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology that will revolutionize the construction, transportation and utility industries.
Requirements
โ€ข Strong attention to detail
โ€ข Passion for accuracy
โ€ข Must have flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business, including domestic travel across the US (up to 100%).
โ€ข Physically demanding- must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day, and work at night shifts at times.
โ€ข Able to handle equipment when loading and unloading weighing between 20 and 40 lbs.
โ€ข Driver's License and the ability to ride in a vehicle up to four hours to travel to and from job sites
The Ideal Candidate
โ€ข 2 years of experience with field operations, preferably within a startup environment.
โ€ข Ability to travel domestically to jobs in urban and remote environments across the United States
โ€ข Comfortable working in a 2 week on/1 week off rotation
โ€ข Background in earth sciences, engineering, construction or utility mapping is highly desired
โ€ข Technological savvy, ability to troubleshoot technological issues on-site
โ€ข Excellent English - mandatory (read/write/speak)
โ€ข Ability to work in a team-goal-oriented environment.
โ€ข Comfortable working with a global team (U.S, Europe and Israel)
โ€ข Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Ability to proactively recommend ideas and execute planned activities
โ€ข Experience with industries such as - transportation, utilities, and construction - a plus
โ€ข OSHA 10 Certificate- a plus
โ€ข FAA part 107 drone pilot- a plus
Hourly Rate: $33 - 35/hr + OT
Schedule: 100% Travel Monday - Friday
Location: Across US Metros within reasonable access to major airports such as New York, Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, Seattle, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, San Jose, etc.
