Job Summary:

They are seeking a Field Tech I to serve as the primary onsite contact for technical and service-related issues, focusing on troubleshooting, installing, and repairing various hardware and software systems.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
• Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
