What is a field tech associate?

A Field Tech Associate is an entry-level technician who provides on-site support for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment or technology systems. They often travel to client locations to perform repairs, set up devices, or resolve technical issues. The role may involve working with networking hardware, telecommunications equipment, or specialized machinery, depending on the industry. Field Tech Associates typically work under the supervision of senior technicians or managers and are expected to have strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
