Position Overview
The Equipment & Field Support Associate is the hands-on operational backbone of our field operations. This role keeps our mobile clinics running smoothly — from organizing and maintaining equipment and supplies, to troubleshooting tech, managing shipments, and preparing provider kits.

We're looking for a doer who takes pride in keeping things organized, solving problems fast, and supporting the team to ensure every patient visit is a success.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble, restock, and organize dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry kits

  • Track inventory and manage shipments

  • Support field teams with supplies and equipment troubleshooting

  • Set up and test laptops, tablets, and printers

  • Assist with new provider onboarding and logistics coordination

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable and proactive "get-it-done" attitude

  • Hands-on experience with tools, logistics, or tech support a plus

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Windows)
