• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients, aligning with their unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic care and share insights regarding client progress and treatment efficacy.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about emerging trends and research in mental health.
• Offer clients referrals to community resources when additional support is necessary, enhancing their overall treatment experience.

You will work with a diverse client base consisting of individuals and families who may face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling setting, with a background in clinical practice preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical clinical practices relevant to mental health counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team, advocating for client-centered care.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technology for efficient documentation and billing processes.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorder treatment is highly valued.
• Experience utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, determined by caseload and experience.
