Field Service Schedule Coordinator – Job Description

As part of a team, working to schedule on-site field visits for new installations and service work for 45-55 field technicians on a daily and ongoing basis. Work closely with field staff team via phone/email to provide support and ensure success.

Daily data entry and upkeep of spreadsheets/databases to track field technician metrics.

Qualifications:
At least one year of experience with dispatching or scheduling is strongly preferred.
Experience in customer service is strongly preferred.
Some knowledge of GPS services helpful but not required.
Mastery of basic Windows computing is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, is mandatory.
Strong typing skills strongly recommended.
Strong communication skills, both written and via phone are mandatory.
Ability to be flexible within specific guidelines is important.
Follow through and attention to detail are important.
Ability to multi-task is important.
Punctuality and attendance are critical!
