We pride ourselves on being a lion-hearted partner, designing, building, and flying the most capable and intelligent aerial systems that give our servicemen an unfair advantage wherever they fly.Position SummaryGriffon Aerospace is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) Coordinator to manage the scheduling, deployment, and support of field service personnel supporting customer sites, flight test operations, and fielded systems. This role serves as the central point of coordination between FSRs in the field, program management, flight operations management, logistics, and engineering teams, ensuring field support activities run smoothly, on schedule, and in compliance with contract and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate scheduling, staffing, and deployment logistics for Field Service Representatives supporting domestic and/or international customer locationsServe as the primary point of contact between deployed FSRs and internal teams (program management, engineering, logistics, HR)Track FSR travel, lodging, per diem, and deployment documentation; ensure compliance with company policy and contract termsMaintain FSR certification, training, and readiness records; flag upcoming expirations or gapsCoordinate with flight operations management to align FSR staffing levels with contract requirements and customer demandAssist in onboarding new FSRs, including coordinating training schedules and required documentationMonitor field reports and escalate technical or logistical issues to appropriate internal teamsCoordinates equipment and logistics for CONUS and OCONUS deployments/events.Support audits and compliance reviews related to field service operationsMaintain accurate records in tracking systems (e.g., scheduling software, CRM, or ERP tools)Required Qualifications2–5 years of experience in field service coordination, logistics, operations, or program support (aerospace/defense industry preferred)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent schedules and prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with scheduling software or ERP software a plusMust excel at working independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environmentMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearanceU.S. Citizenship requiredPreferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting UAS, aerospace, or defense field operationsFamiliarity with DoD travel and per diem policiesExperience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, logistics, and program managementPhysical/Work RequirementsOn-site position based in Madison, ALOccasional travel may be required to support field operations or customer sitesStandard office environment with periodic coordination during non-standard hours to support deployed personnel across time zonesJob LocationMadison, Alabama, United StatesPosition TypeFull-Time/RegularCompensation/BenefitsCompetitive Salary/Comprehensive Benefits PackageUS Citizenship RequiredYesAbility to Obtain Security ClearanceYes
