Location: New Holland, PA

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Field Service Manager to handle service needs from start to finish in the construction industry. This position works directly with customers, visits job sites, identifies problems, coordinates repairs, and makes sure issues are resolved properly and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer locations and job sites to perform repairs.
  • Communicate directly with customers and provide updates.
  • Coordinate and complete repairs and service work.
  • Determine what materials, parts, and equipment are needed.
  • Handle service issues from initial customer contact through completion.
  • Document work performed and maintained accurate service records.
  • Coordinate with the office, production, and other departments as needed.
  • Manage your own schedule and prioritize service calls.
  • Represent the company professionally while working with customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in field service, construction or a related hands-on field.
  • Strong HVAC, Electrical and plumbing skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
