Primary Modalities & Equipment Focus
- Modalities:ย MRI and CT (Primary)
- OEM Experience:ย GE and Siemens strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertย installation, maintenance, and repairย of medical imaging equipmentโspecifically MRI and CT systems.
- Performย preventative maintenance, calibrations, and system verifications in line with OEM and company standards.
- Deliver high-levelย technical supportย and timely troubleshooting in clinical environments.
- Accuratelyย document service activityย according to company protocols.
- Maintain and manageย company assetsย such as tools, equipment, and parts inventory.
- Collaborateย with account managers and healthcare clients to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Submit detailedย field service reportsย and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Upholdย complianceย with all quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, andย problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication andย customer service orientation
- Professional demeanor and ability to manageย high-pressure environments
- Must be physically able to lift up toย 75 lbs., and frequently stand, walk, and use hands/arms for extended periods
- Comfortable withย frequent regional travel, including occasional overnights and flights
Qualifications
- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or some college coursework preferred
- Experience:
- Demonstrated field service experience inย medical imagingย required
- Direct hands-on experience withย GE or Siemens MRI/CT systemsย highly preferred
Schedule & Travel
- Hours:ย MondayโFriday, standard business hours (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
- Travel:ย Frequent travel within a 4-hour radius; some overnight and air travel required
