Job Summary
Imaging Field Service Engineer
Location: Seattle
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000+ Excellent Benefits + Bonuses!
We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Installer & Service Engineer to join our dynamic workforce in Seattle, California. In this role, you will install, calibrate, and maintain advanced imaging equipment for high-profile clients in medical facilities. Your technical expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of multi-modality imaging systems, including X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and MR equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install imaging equipment according to manufacturer specifications and facility requirements.
Conduct initial calibration, testing, and performance checks to ensure reliable imaging and compliance with OEM standards.
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on multi-modality imaging systems.
Resolve technical issues efficiently and collaborate with manufacturers for complex repairs or upgrades.
Maintain compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality management systems (QMS).
Build strong client relationships through professional communication and excellent service.
Keep detailed records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs, generating comprehensive reports for clients and internal teams.
Travel within the United States as needed to support client installations and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Certification in medical equipment installation and maintenance is a plus.
At least 2+ years of experience with multi-modality imaging systems within the medical field.
Strong understanding of imaging technology and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the United States.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with familiarity in Microsoft Office tools.
