Job Summary
X-ray Field Service Engineer
Location: Spokane, WA (Full-time, Permanent)

About the Company:
A well established imaging service organization supporting hospitals and outpatient centers with diagnostic imaging equipment service and support. The team is known for strong customer partnerships, responsive field coverage, and a focus on doing the job right the first time.
Role Overview:
This Field Service Engineer position is primarily based out of Spokane with regional travel across Washington. You will service and support digital radiography X-ray systems in clinical environments, managing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing scheduled PMs, responding to service calls, documenting all work in a service system, and maintaining excellent customer communication. You will also support basic installations and system checks as needed and coordinate parts and follow up visits to meet uptime expectations.
Key Requirements:
Field service experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment, with an emphasis on X-ray (DR)
Desirable experience with GE X-ray and GE OEC C-arm systems
Strong troubleshooting skills across electronics, mechanical systems, and software driven platforms
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Washington as required
