About the Job Field Service Engineer (CT)

Field Service Engineer Service Responsibilities:

  • Responsible servicing and repairing mobile CT machines that move from site to site to meet customer demand. Must travel!
  • Experience working on GE, Siemens and Philips CT machines.
  • Performs scheduled maintenance and operation verification procedures on complex medical imaging equipment
  • Repairs, installs and calibrates complex medical imaging equipment devices and systems
  • Informs managers of the status of repairs, scheduled inspections, unusual equipment situations and any customer concerns
  • Performs periodic inspections of current inventory status and maintains inventory of common failure parts to ensure equipment uptime
  • Works with, directs and documents the activities of subcontractors, vendors and outside service technicians to ensure proper service delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A.S. Degree from an accredited school in electronics or DOD certification or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years working on CT machines. Multi-vendor.
  • Experience working in medical facilities in a professional manner
  • Ability to perform orderly and efficient work while adhering to medical facility policy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills

Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status US Citizen / Green Card holder

Must-Haves Min 5+ years MR,CT experience. Formally-trained is required. MUST be able to travel.
