  • Required Skills: 2-3+ years servicing industrial equipment, electromechanical engineering proficiency, industrial laser systems knowledge, axis motion systems. 2-3+ years working with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
  • Required Certifications/Licenses: Electromechanical certifications sought.
  • Other Required: Valid Driver’s License and U.S. Passport.
  • Preferred Skills: Additive Manufacturing data prep, PC/Network configuration.

Your Mission

  • Lead Servicing: Own the servicing of complex industrial equipment, ensuring every system is calibrated for peak operational efficiency.
  • Solve the Impossible: Provide on-site and remote technical support, diagnosing and repairing sophisticated hardware to keep production lines moving.
  • Maintain Excellence: Perform precision preventive maintenance and keep meticulous service records to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with 2nd Level Support and engineering teams to maintain the local install base to the highest global standards.


What You Bring to the Team

  • Technical Foundations: 2–3 years of experience servicing industrial equipment and a background in electromechanical engineering technology.
  • Hardware Fluency: A deep understanding of industrial lasers, axis motion systems, and the ability to read complex engineering schematics.
  • A willingness to travel within a 100 mile radius of Boston, Massachusetts for roughly 50% of service calls. The remaining service calls will be further in adjacent states.
  • A valid driver’s license, a passport, and a genuine excitement for travel. Note, our Field Service Engineers are typically home on Friday evenings and weekends.
